Refund Policy

Summary: AI Council is sold exclusively through the Apple App Store. All refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

App Store Purchases

AI Council for macOS and AI Council for iOS are sold as separate applications exclusively through the Apple App Store. Each purchase grants a licence for that specific platform only.

All purchases, billing, and refunds are handled directly by Apple. Techniciti SARL does not process payments or have access to your payment information.

How to Request a Refund

If you would like to request a refund for your AI Council purchase, you must do so through Apple:

You will need your Apple ID and the purchase receipt (available in your email or in the App Store under your account).

Apple's Refund Policy

Apple reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis. According to Apple's policies, you may be eligible for a refund if:

Refund decisions are made solely by Apple. We recommend submitting your request as soon as possible after purchase if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

After a Refund

If Apple approves your refund, access to AI Council will be revoked according to Apple's standard procedures. Any data stored locally on your device remains yours and is not affected by the refund.

Third-Party Services

AI Council requires API keys from third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) to function with cloud models. Costs incurred from these third-party services are separate from your AI Council purchase and are subject to each provider's own policies. We cannot provide refunds for third-party API usage.
